Return Policy

Refund or cancellation requests are sent via email. In the request, the user indicates the reasons for the refund. We reserve the right to refuse your request if the reasons given are deemed unfounded. The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it was (as new) without being opened and/or the packaging must not be damaged. It must be in like-new condition, with no signs of damage.

In order for your request to be accepted, you must provide the order number and details of the person who originally purchased the product and whose details appear in the order code.

The customer has the right to return the purchased product and request a replacement or refund in the following two situations:

In the event of a proven error on our part (receipt of an incorrect product or a product with defects), the customer must return the product within ten (10) days from the date of receipt.
If the customer's decision to return the product is not due to any of the objective reasons mentioned above, the company reserves the right to refuse the request.
If the claim is confirmed, the customer may return the product within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. In this case, all transport costs, as well as any differences in the price of the products, will be borne by the customer.

In any case, the products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, without damage to integrity, intact and in their original packaging. If they are not returned within ten (10) days, our store is not obliged to accept the refund.

Subject to the Terms of Service and product return approval, the customer is entitled to receive another product of equal value or a refund. Refunds to the customer will be issued up to ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the product.

In the case of multiple refunds, our company, at its discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of withdrawal or is fraudulent. In this case, the company has the right to refuse the return of the product, even if the conditions described above are met. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your obligations as a customer

It is the customer's responsibility to choose the product and its suitability for their purposes.

The customer must not damage or attempt to damage the integrity, safety and/or service of our company.

The customer must provide a valid first name, last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

The customer must pay the amount of the products ordered.

The customer or their representative must be available at the time of delivery.

The customer must not place false orders.

The customer must not provide user ratings and product reviews and/or other false information.

Applicable law – jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by international and local (proposed) laws, in particular laws governing issues relating to e-commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our place of registration.

The products offered through the online store are of excellent quality and meet all requirements. They are also tested in terms of quality and usability. Any use or application other than that for which the product is intended and indicated is the sole responsibility of the customer.
