refund

Requests for refund or cancellation will be sent by email. You indicate the reasons for the return in the request. We reserve the right to reject the request if we believe that the above reasons are unfounded. The returned product must be in exactly the same condition as it was (as new) and/or the packaging must not show signs of wear. It should be as new with no signs of damage.

In order to process your request, you will need to provide the order number and the details of the person who originally purchased the product, whose details are shown in the order code.

In the following two cases, the customer has the right to return the purchased product and request its replacement with another product or a refund:

1. In the event of proven fault on our part (receipt of an unsuitable or defective product), the customer is required to return the product within ten (10) days of receipt.

2. If the customer's decision to return the product is not justified by one of the aforementioned objective reasons, the company reserves the right not to follow up on the request. If the complaint is confirmed, the customer can return the product within ten (10) days of receipt. In this case, all shipping costs and price differences of the products are borne by the customer.

In any case, the products must be in the condition received by the customer, the undamaged and in the original packaging. If these are not returned within ten (10) days, our store is not obliged to accept a refund.
